Biography
Taimur is writing a dissertation on the different tropes of alienation that Bengali Muslims had diagnosed and worked through in order to identify with a land they claimed as their own. The dissertation utilizes a variety of literary, historical, and theological sources from the turn of the twentieth century in present day West Bengal and Bangladesh.
